General Affairs Repair RequestPress to start
This system is for repair requests related to water, electricity, air conditioning, carpentry, and painting equipment. Scope of service includes repairs for dormitories, building spaces, and facilities, such as walls, doors and windows, water and electricity, lighting, air conditioning, elevators, water dispensers, washing and drying machines, internal extensions, public facilities, ditches, wooden walkways, interlocking bricks, garden landscapes, fire-fighting equipment, etc.
- Repair requests must be logged in with real names. Please use your school ulive account to log in (xxx@ulive.pccu.edu.tw) with the same password as the dedicated area.
- The system will automatically send an email to inform you of the repair progress. If you need to check the repair progress in real-time, please use the "Repair Inquiry" bot on Teams.
Computer and Network Repair RequestStart Here
This system is for official use by the school only. Please do not submit requests for personal computer or network issues.
- Hardware Maintenance: Includes issues with peripherals such as monitors and printers.
- Software Maintenance: Includes virus infections or general application software not functioning properly.
- Network Maintenance: Includes network disconnections or abnormalities.
- Network Services: Includes adding network points in offices, registering network hosts, or applying for IP addresses.
